About the position

Untitled Social is seeking a candidate for a Social Media & Account Coordinator for our creative services division, which supports brand clients with social media strategy, content creation, community management, influencer campaigns, and paid social media. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excited about working in the world of social media and digital marketing. They have strong communication skills—especially in writing—and feel confident managing calendars, updating trackers, and staying on top of deadlines across multiple projects. They're comfortable working cross-functionally and asking questions when they need support, and they bring a positive, team-first attitude to every task. Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest as well as tools like Airtable, Canva, and SproutSocial, is a big plus. Most importantly, they’re eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-moving agency environment.

Position details

  • Full-time

  • Combined remote work, once weekly in-person office attendance, and availability for on-site content capture within of NYC

Role and responsibilities

  • Assist Production Manager in the planning, organization, and tracking of content production across client social platforms

  • Support the creation and upkeep of content management systems (e.g., Airtable, Dropbox), ensuring all content aligns with the strategic vision and brand guidelines

  • Help implement content strategies across platforms in collaboration with the Social Media Manager and broader creative team

  • Coordinate deliverables for internal reviews, influencer campaigns, and client reporting

  • Act as the first line of response for comments, messages, and community questions across all assigned platforms, ensuring timely, on-brand engagement

  • Collaborate with Social Media Manager to develop tone of voice, engagement guidelines, and escalation protocols per client

  • Monitor platform trends and relay insights that may inform community strategy, content creation, or risk mitigation

  • Assist Account Manager in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating influencers for campaign activations

  • Track campaign performance and assist with influencer communications, contracts, invoices, and deliverables management

  • Contribute to the preparation of client reports by tracking engagement metrics, community sentiment, and campaign KPIs

  • Identify opportunities for optimization based on performance insights and community feedback
