Talent Intern

ABOUT THE POSITION

Untitled Secret is seeking a Talent Intern. This person should be a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delving into the intricacies of social-first talent management. The ideal candidate is looking for an entry-level position that allows them to learn from a dynamic group of creatives and business-minded individuals. The Talent Intern supports our Talent Managers, Talent Coordinators, and talent roster at-large across a host of administrative and creative tasks.

Role and responsibilities & learning opportunities

  • Support individual Talent Managers, Talent Coordinators, and the Talent on their roster with tasks that include, but are not limited to:

    • Sourcing and/or fielding gifting requests, coordination of shipment(s), social deliverables (if any), and tracking of each

    • Fielding and coordinating event requests

    • Learn about building Talent digital strategies by:

      • identifying platform trends and best practices specific to Talent

      • providing visual aesthetic feedback and recommendations

      • participating in content ideation and planning sessions

      • building decks, presentations, media kits, etc.

  • Research brands and/or contacts that align with talent strategy and initiate brand outreach requests

  • Maintain updated database of talent details 

Intern candidate details

  • 10-15 hours per week

  • Compensation: $25 an hour

  • Based in New York City although remote candidates may be considered

  • Start date: late May, early June
